The Art Tart AKA Rose Popay was born to perform. Coming from a family of performers who practically invented street theatre in the 60s you would have thought she would be content with simply following that rather exciting flow that has taken her literally everywhere around the world to the some of most prestigious events ever organised but not our Rose.

Keda is very passionate about building women’s confidence and abilities through burlesque dance, and is wonderful at getting her students to achieve far more than they ever dreamed was possible, whilst having a whole lot of fun in the process.
